Once Activated, Your Warranty Covers

• 12 months of free termite protection and treatments if needed during the year
• Reinspection at the one-year anniversary of your warranty and option to extend your termite coverage

What's Not Covered:
This warranty does not cover above-ground infestations or other wood-destroying organisms, such as:

• Drywood termites
• Carpenter ants
• Powder-post beetles
• Wood decay fungi
