I highly recommend RichPro. Patrick was very knowledgeable and very nice. I appreciated his straightforward, not salesy, just objective way he answered our questions and discussed the pro's and con's of different treatment options. Also, Terry in the office wa also super knowledgeable and very helpful and friendly.

Ian performed our initial evaluation and follow up visit for mice, and I'm satisfied with the quality of service I've received! He was thorough in his evaluation, did not rush, and most importantly he was very communicative of his findings, what traps he was setting where, and next steps. I also appreciated having the same technician visit each time, and his willingness to schedule follow up visits before the quarterly maintenance. The baits he set were effective in decreasing mouse activity in the house immediately, and will hopefully continue to do so.

Our Annual Centricon Monitoring Inspection was completed today. As always, Zach Bates was professional, listened to any concerns, reviewed the services to be conducted, and provided education into the Centricon system. He was thorough, respectful of our property, and followed up with the inspection results. As RichPro customers for more than 4 years, we have only had positive and informative experiences. We highly recommend RichPro for pest control and management needs.

He did a great job, understood exactly what the problem was and took care of it. I appreciate that.
