He was thorough in his evaluation, did not rush, and most importantly he was very communicative of his findings, what traps he was setting where, and next steps. I also appreciated having the same technician visit each time, and his willingness to schedule follow up visits before the quarterly maintenance. The baits he set were effective in decreasing mouse activity in the house immediately, and will hopefully continue to do so.
